Yes, we offer flexible payment options. For our Premium and Concierge packages, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due before your arrival in Thailand. Custom payment schedules can be arranged during your consultation.

In addition to our packages, we offer à la carte services for specific needs. During your consultation, we can create a customized service plan that addresses only the areas where you need assistance.

We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations made more than 60 days before your scheduled move date are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations between 30-60 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 30 days are non-refundable, but we can often adjust timelines instead.

No, our service fees cover our professional assistance and guidance. Actual costs such as visa fees, housing deposits, rent, utility deposits, and other third-party expenses are separate and paid directly by you to the relevant providers or government agencies.
