Service Contracts
Our services are typically provided under specific contracts or agreements that outline the scope, timeline, and payment terms. The terms and conditions stipulated in your individual service contract take precedence over this general policy. Please refer to your service agreement for specific details applicable to your engagement with us.
Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel services that have been agreed upon but not yet started, please notify us in writing at info@emigratethailand.com at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date. For ongoing services, a notice period of 10 business days is required for cancellation. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will acknowledge receipt and process your request according to the terms specified in this policy.
Cancellation of Ongoing Services
For ongoing service engagements or retainer arrangements, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Any work completed up to the effective cancellation date will be billed according to the agreed-upon rates. Depending on your contract terms, early termination fees may apply if services are cancelled before the minimum commitment period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: (1) Services paid for but not yet rendered, subject to any cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits as specified in your service agreement; (2) Significant failure on our part to deliver services as specified in the service agreement, after reasonable opportunity for remedy has been provided; (3) Other circumstances as explicitly stated in your specific service contract.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement: (1) Initial deposits or retainers; (2) Administrative setup fees; (3) Services already rendered; (4) Third-party costs incurred on your behalf; (5) Cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit your request in writing to info@emigratethailand.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, service details, reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Partial Completion of Services
If services are partially completed at the time of cancellation, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts exceeding the value of services rendered will be refunded according to the terms in this policy, less any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately at info@emigratethailand.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding appropriate solutions. We reserve the right to remedy any issues before processing refund requests. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure
In the event that service delivery is prevented, delayed, or otherwise impeded by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures), we reserve the right to either provide alternative solutions, reschedule services, or issue partial refunds as appropriate to the situation.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
